We are seeking a new Bar Manager to work at the Petone Lone Star Cafe. The Bar Manager ensures smooth and cost effective running of the bar with the help of the Restaurant Manager. You will need to posses the following:
- Knowledge and experience working in a Senior Bartender or Bar Manager role.
- Possession of a General Managers License
- Strong leadership and social skills, communication, the ability to gain commitment and team and morel building skills.
- Enthusiasm and Energy!
- Strong sales focus and awesome knowledge of all beverages and mixology.
- Strong work ethic, mature outlook, clean freak
- Ability to plan strategically and be involved in liquor profitability and costing.
