We require a hard working, reliable, responsible Grill Chef to fill a full time position, who can follow the Lone Star recipes & methods and help run our busy kitchen efficiently with a great team and pump out our large meal covers.
The successful candidate will possess:
· Experience working as a chef in New Zealand kitchens
· Confidence and Leadership skills
· A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
· A certificate in professional cookery stages 1,2,3 or City of Guilds qualification (beneficial)
