The successful applicant must have a good understanding of cost and stock control, food hygiene practices, and will be responsible for the financial performance of the kitchen. Hopefully you will have some mathmatical nouse (as we are quite systemised in our stock and cost controls!)
Responsibilities include managing wage costs, food costs, hygiene & quality, and getting the best out of the team. Ongoing management and systems training provided.
A high level of energy and enthusiasm is required for this restaurant, as is the ability to prepare dishes at speed under pressure.
