We require a hard working, reliable, responsible SousChef who can follow the Lone Star recipes & methods and run a kitchen efficiently and inspire staff. The succesful candidates will possess:

  • Experience working as a chef in New Zealand kitchens
  • Confidence and Leadership skills
  • A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • A certificate in professional cookery stages 1,2,3 or City of Guilds qualification (beneficial)
