Currently we are seeking a Restaurant Manager for Tauranga Lone Star, this position involves working evenings & weekends. You would be expected to "run the ship" and maintain smooth efficient and cost effective running of the restaurant in all areas including, service, staff rosters, training and induction.
To be considered for this role you will posses the following:

Minimum 3 years experience in a restaurant in a senior role.

Knowledge of how to perform all front of house roles

Excellent organisation & planning skills

Strong work ethic, mature outlook & the ability to maintain effectiveness in times of pressure.

Strong communication & Customer focus

A current LCQ and first aid certificate.
