We’re looking for a legendary Marketing Ambassador/Duty Manager. Could it be you?

You’re a skilled Manager with some Marketing experience. You have your Manager’s License, and 3-5 years’ bar service and Front of House skills.

Running a smooth restaurant is second nature to you, as you will need to be able to run a shift and manage rostered staff and operation. Juggling great service, training and rostering your team, cleaning and planning for future growth, is all in a day’s work.

You’re used to working with established systems and processes. At Lone Star, our Operations Manual is our bible, and we expect our managers to know it inside out and ensure it’s followed by all your team.

And of course, you’re a top team player, ready to jump in and help all your team members at the drop of a hat. You will need to be the Maître D occasionally, and be able to manage seating arrangements for the restaurant on busy nights.

Along with managing the restaurant, you would be required to learn and understand the Lone Star marketing system, and liaise with the National Marketing Team to remain updated. You will need a good understanding of social media platforms, and be able to create effective social media content and boost in a commercial manner.

You'll be required to meet weekly with the Restaurant Manager and Owners.
