‘Love me tender, love me sweet…’ the new Lamb Me Tender’s name was inspired by none other than, The King, Elvis Presley. Presley’s hit song ‘Love Me Tender’ was released back in 1956 and went straight to number 1 and is still a beloved favourite of ours, here at Lone Star.
We think ‘Lamb Me Tender’ is going to be just as big a hit with our guests, with locally sourced, NZ lamb neck succulently slow cooked and plated with roasted pumpkin mash, feta almond crumble and broccolini. Finished with a peppercorn and thyme jus. And just like the famous song said, we think it’ll make your life complete.
