Lone Star Rolleston is on the lookout for a fun and experienced Duty Manager to join our Front of House crew! This gig is available for an immediate start, so if you're in the market for some exciting front-of-house roles or bar manager jobs Christchurch-style, you’re in the right place!

We’re one of the buzzier restaurants in Rolleston, open for lunch and dinner every day of the week. We need a capable and friendly leader to guide our team during shifts, keep everyone on track, and create a positive vibe.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in a similar role

  • Valid LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate

  • Availability to work a roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

  • First Aid Certificate (Beneficial not Essential)

  • Strong Communication Skills and the passion to work well as part of a team

  • Leadership qualities and a hands-on attitude

  • A passion for hospitality and team culture

Your Day-to-Day

As a Duty Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your role will include cash handling, leading staff to provide amazing service, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a fun and organised work environment. In short, you'll help us deliver fantastic experiences to our guests!
