We’re one of the buzzier restaurants in Rolleston, open for lunch and dinner every day of the week. We need a capable and friendly leader to guide our team during shifts, keep everyone on track, and create a positive vibe.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in a similar role
Valid LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate
Availability to work a roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
First Aid Certificate (Beneficial not Essential)
Strong Communication Skills and the passion to work well as part of a team
Leadership qualities and a hands-on attitude
A passion for hospitality and team culture
Your Day-to-Day
As a Duty Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your role will include cash handling, leading staff to provide amazing service, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a fun and organised work environment. In short, you'll help us deliver fantastic experiences to our guests!
