As our Sous Chef, you’ll bring proven experience working in a busy kitchen environment. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required, while a Certificate in Professional Cookery or City & Guilds qualification is a strong advantage. You’ll confidently step up when the Head Chef is away, managing cleaning, prep, and service across colds, hots, grill, and pans.
