When you're looking for the ultimate destination for a memorable event, look no further than Lone Star, the best restaurant in Queenstown, New Zealand. Combining the charm of old town Queenstown with a rustic, cowboy themed interior, we offer a variety of spaces to suit any occasion - from intimate dinners to large, lively gatherings of up to 90 seated guests.
The Function Room
Located upstairs, The Function Room is our largest and most versatile space. It can seat approximately 90 guests for dinner, while still offering space for 70-90 guests at the bar and pool table. The perfect spot for watching large sporting games, particularly All Blacks matches, utilising a projector screen and two plasma TVs.
The Locals Room
Commonly referred to as The Locals Room, this cosy and intimate room is located upstairs, adjacent to the main bar. It offers a flexible setup of four tables that can be arranged individually to seat up to 32 guests, or combined to create a dedicated space for approximately 20 guests. This makes it an ideal spot for smaller, private family dinners, intimate celebrations, or business meetings.
