Dear valued guest,

With regards to the recent Covid-19 developments.

Our thoughts are with you and your families during these challenging and uncertain times. The importance of us working together to protect our global community has never been more apparent than it is now.

We are working closely with our owner partners and our key health and safety suppliers such as Hygiene Solutions, Safe Food Pro and Ecolab to ensure all our safety at the store level. Currently, there are a lot of unknowns but as we continue to better understand how to slow the spread of Covid-19 we will be doing all we can to provide a measured response and the best plan to keep our guests, employees, crew and local communities safe.

Our 25 Lone Stars throughout New Zealand remain open for business as usual. Our function areas will allow us to provide our guest groups with more spacious dining. As it’s always been, the safety of our owner partners, crew and guests remains our highest priority. We are ensuring all our owners and crew are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.

We have increased the frequency and commitment to our in-store cleaning and personal hygiene. Multiple Hand Sanitiser stations will be available in-store.

For those of you that want Lone Star at home, our off-premise delivery partners UberEats, Delivereasy, Food On Q, Yummi or phone order and self pick up options provide a range of reduced contact convenience.

As the Covid-19 situation changes our plans may too. In the meantime, staying connected to others is more important than ever. We’ll continue to reach out through our digital channels to hopefully put a smile on your face and give you a reason or two to head to your local Lone Star with confidence.

We hope you and your families stay healthy and we appreciate your support in keeping our global community safe during these unprecedented times. By working together we will get through this.

Please seek official updates on the ever-changing situation from https://www.health.govt.nz/.

Kia Kaha,

Be Staunch, Walk Tall.
Tim, Steve, Chief, Lucy, Shane and the Lone Star Team.
