Good food, good drinks, great service--every time. I've been a patron of Lone Star for quarter of a century and the quality of service has always been high, in every branch, in every city. I have special memories of celebratory meals with family and friends, and dinner for two at Lone Star. It has been a 'go to' for a long time, from the days BC (Before Children) to now. Cheers.

I often go....and recommend although I've noticed that servings, while still generous have become a touch smaller. I recommend the chicken dishes and my personal favourite is the venison..Deer John. Booth seating is the best.

The mix of NZ fusion food was a hit with my group, especially the ribs and sirloin. The service was excellent and the ambience of the deck overlooking the racetrack is 2nd to none especially on a gorgeous day. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Delicious NZ local fusion food with their own original taste. We have been eating at Lonestar for over 10 years. they have maintained the quality of food and service. Great place to have a family dinner or get together with friends recommended!

We go to lone star Alexandra Park regularly. This time was for a birthday of our special needs daughter. We took our own cake. The staff were fantastic and three of them even sang Happy Birthday! The atmosphere is good and the out look onto to Park is fab.
