We’re looking for a legendary General Manager. Could it be you?
You’re a skilled restaurant manager. You have your LCQ and Manager’s License, and 3-5 years’ experience managing a high-performing team meeting their targets, under your belt.
Running a tight ship is second nature to you. Juggling great service, training and rostering your team, safeguarding your brand, and planning for future growth, is all in a day’s work.
You send out a top team, every day, well briefed, well trained, and full of confidence they’re the best at what they do. You love training and mentoring great talent, and nothing makes you prouder than seeing your team walk tall and enjoy their work.
You’re used to working with established systems and processes. At Lone Star, our Operations Manual is our bible, and we expect our managers to know it inside out and ensure it’s followed by all your team.
And of course, you’re experienced at stock and ordering, managing budgets, meeting financial targets, and other performance measures.
But most of all, you’re all about flawless service with a personal touch.
